Abstract This table contains daily average, minimum and maximum water temperature data.  Most data are averages of hourly records.  The temperature logger type varies among sites.  Weekly averages are available in a separate PEARL table (ASC05).  The time frame for these data is not consistent across sites; in other words, the number of days and years with data differs across sites.

These data may be easily graphed by accessing the data via PEARL's Atlantic salmon focus topic: http://www.pearl.maine.edu/windows/salmon/index.htm.  From the salmon home page, select a watershed and then view the temperature data for that watershed.
